Neerpark Garage Sales!
June 11,12 & 13
Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Garage sales start at 9:00 A.M.
You may participate any or all days.
You may close whenever you want.
No set time.
Neerpark will provide signs.
If you want to do additional advertising, feel free to do so.
We usually get lots of traffic, so hopefully we will have a good turnout.

A friendly reminder to please be a good neighbor and pick up after your pets!
Be sure to lock your doors at all times when leaving the building. Also, be sure all vehicles are locked at night.
Board Meeting Minutes for April 27, 2026
Present: Diane Orth, Duane Bourne, Cecilia Burkhart, Wendy Smith, John Burkhart.
The meeting was called to order at 6:34 at the home of Duane Bourne.
The secretary’s report was approved as amended. (Bourne was spelled incorrectly.)
The treasurer’s report was approved. The tax forma were submitted on time for 2025.
Old Business
Jason has not removed the stumps yet. He promised to take care of it..
New sign. Diane will contact her friend and obtain some design ideas.
Garage sale plans completed..
New Business
Grass needs to be cut. Diane will call Matt.
Diane will coordinate with
Tom about fixing fences.
