A friendly reminder to please be a good neighbor and pick up after your pets!
If snow is forecasted for 2" or more, please do not park vehicles in front of garages.
This will greatly facilitate snow removal. Vehicles parked in front of garages while snow removal is in progress will be plowed around and may be difficult to move after plowing is completed.
Be sure to lock your doors at all times when leaving the building. Also, be sure all vehicles are locked at night.
Board Meeting Minutes for January 14, 2025
Present: Diane Orth, Duane Bourne, Cecilia Burkhart, Wendy Smith, Sharon
Woody, John Burkhart and Edie Truax
The meeting was called to order at 7:06 at the home of Sharon Woody.
The secretary’s report was approved as amended. (Attendance by the board
members was not included. All members were present with the exception of
Wendy Smith.)
The treasurer’s report was approved.
Old Business
- John will contact the attorney for the liens on three properties.
- Wendy Smith’s unit had water in each of the units. Biggerstaff came out and
fixed the problem temporarily. Do NOT flush wipes even when they say they are
flushable. Biggerstaff recommended putting a snake through the pipes every year
when the ground is not frozen.
- Rod Bromwich removed the swing set and the merry-go-round.
New Business
- World of Green sent a contract with a 2% increase that will cover two years. The
board approved the contract.
- Diane took care of the phone calls and inquiries.
The next board meeting will be at the home of Duane Bourne (3528).
